Mrs. Flora Mae Madden Mapp was born on March 2, 1955 in Cook County, Georgia to Floyd Madden, Jr & Eddie Mae Turner. She was called home into eternal rest on April 16, 2026.

Flora was married on May 21, 1977 to Haven Mapp in Valdosta, Ga. She worked for Cook County Board of Education until her health failed. She was also a lifelong active member of Christian Fellowship Church.

Flora had one child that preceded her in death, Aaron Mapp. She also is proceeded in death by her parents, wonderful In laws; Calvin Mapp, Jr & Mattie Mapp; one sister, Valerie Madden and 2 brothers; Eddie James Walton and Prince Henry Walton.

She leaves to cherish her memories to her devoted husband of 49 years Haven Mapp. She also leave her memories to her children; Felicia, Melvin, Jessica & Shamika. She also has nine grandchildren; Dejah, Amia, Jayla, Sydnee, Aaron, Bryson, Makayla, Maleigha & Madison. And two great grand daughters; A’Nova & A’ Moura. Flora also leaves a wonderful Bonus mom, Elizabeth Madden. She has three sisters, Carol Madden (Hillside, NJ.), Selina Long( Valdosta, Ga), Shelise Madden (Hillside, NJ); five brothers, Ronnie Walton (Sparks, Ga), Juan Nesmith (Long Island, NY), Willie Walton, III (Adel, Ga), Kevin Madden (Hillside, NJ), Timothy Walton, (Valdosta,Ga); God-son, Matthew Griffin; bonus grandchildren, Jada, Gabby, and Stacey, Jr. Also, a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
