Mr. Isiah Robinson was born on March 28,1940 to the late Benjamin F. Robinson, Sr. and Lourine Hickman Robinson.
He received his education through the Cook County School System. He farmed for a living as well as being a self-taught mechanic prior to retiring as a bus driver from the Cook County School System. He spent the remainder of his life caring for his beloved wife of over 50 years.
He was known as the "Quiet Giant." He was large in stature and heart but gentle in nature. He was a man of few words, But when he spoke, he spoke, he spoke with wisdom. He was a caring man that was willing to help anyone who came in contact with him. He truly loved his wife in word and in deed.
God called him home on December 28, 2017. He will truly be missed by his family and friends.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his beloved wife, Lula Mae Robinson; a brother, Willie James (Lenora) Robinson; sister-in-law, Annie Mae Robinson; his beloved nieces, Marilyn Spencer (Fulton), Tommy Johnson, Jr. and a host of nieces and nephews.
