Mr. Joseph Edward Carr Jr was born to the late Mrs. Millie B Carr and Joseph Edward Carr, Sr. He was born on November 21, 1938. He departed his life on August 11, 2020. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Mary Francis Laborn-Carr and one sister, Deloris Carr-Grider. He is survived by four sons, Joseph Carr III, Edward Carr and Ouida Carr of Cordele, GA, James Carr and Carl Carr of Clearwater, FL. Three daughters , Lois Carr of Tifton, GA, Millie Carr of Clearwater, FL, Elonda and Gregg Hall of Alapaha, GA. 22 grandchildren; also a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and sorrowing friends.
