Mr. Kelvin McMillian started his life on December 18, 1963 in Homerville, Georgia. He was born to the
late Joe Lee McMillian, Sr and the late Grace Phillips McMillian. He was raised by the late Joe Lee
McMillian, Sr and his loving and caring step mother; Mary Emma Peterson McMillian and his late
grandparents; Daniel J. McMillian, Jr and Lucy Mae Kailey McMillian.
Kelvin graduated from Cook High School in Adel, Georgia in 1982. He did manufacture work for several
years. Around 1998 he moved to Albany, Georgia where he did construction work for several years,
worked with mental health patients, lawn service and the Albany Civic Center until he was called home.
Kelvin accepted Christ and became a member of The Right Image Deliverance Center with Pastor Wilson
in Adel, Georgia.
Kelvin was preceded in death by his father; Joe Lee McMillian, Sr, mother; Grace Phillips McMillian,
brother; Joe Lee McMillian, Jr, sister; Susan Gail Warren Wrice, aunts and uncles; Eunice McMillian, Ocie
Bell, Caesar McMillian, Jetta Mae McMillian, Jannie Seltzer, Marvin Thompson, and Colleen Grady.
He leaves to cherish his memories to his siblings; Larry (Wanda) McMillian, Gregory McMillian, William J.
(Tonya), Joel (Gwendolyn) McMillian, James Dumas, James (Patricia) McBride, Mary Gainey (Robert)
Harris, Jolene McMillian Turner, and Valerie D. McMillian. Aunts and Uncles; Deacon WC McMillian, Joe
Lewis, Sr, Curtis Peterson, Ocie Mae Lewis, Eddie Howell, Lavern Richardson Howell, Deacon John
(Christine) Grady, and Deacon Donnell (Caroline) Grady. He also had a host of relatives and friends.
