Kim B. Reed was born on April 2, 1966. He was a strong, spirited, and loving individual who lived life on his own terms.

He was preceded in death by his father, Walter James Reed, Sr., and his brother, Kenneth Jerome Reed.

He is survived by his mother, Mrs Rosa Reed; his siblings, Dennis Reed (wife Debbie), Walter James Reed, Jr. (wife Adrola), Ricky Reed (partner Patricia Rentz), Jackie Reed (partner Robert Johnson), Darrie Reed (wife Yvonne), Gregory Reed (wife Shanta), Geary Reed (wife Tam), and Andrea Reed (partner Tony Stephens).

He also leaves behind his daughters, Kimber and Cloe Reed (Kimber mother is Jennifer Suggs); his stepdaughter, Jessica Woods; his stepson, Dallas Woods; a special friend, LaMarcus Booker; and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, and close friends.
