Mr. Victor Tewan Wilcox was born on June 23, 1992 in Valdosta, Georgia to Joseph Wilcox and the late Eleanor Wilcox. He departed his life on April 6, 2017. Victor graduated from Cook County School. He went to attend college at Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute Rehabilitation. Victor had many friends that he enjoyed being around. Victor was very loved by everybody he knew and met. He was preceded in death by his mom Eleanor Elizabeth Wilcox, his grandmother Emma Jenkins Hall, his auntie Wanda Faye Wiseman, and uncle Simmie Hall.
