Name: Mrs. Irene Hazel McKinnon Born: August 23, 1931 in Ellenton, Georgia Father: The late Mr. Ozell Miller Mother: The late Mrs. Inez Redd Demised: February 26, 2017 Mrs. Irene leaves to mourn her passing a loving cousin, Otis (Nadine) Davis; children, Juanita (Jerry) Durden, Otis (Louise) McKinnon, Jr., Mildred McKinnon, Shirley Miller, James McKinnon, Gloria (Ronald) Mitchell, Catherine (Fitzgerald) Williams; twelve (12) grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; a loving cousin; Lassundra Bailey; two sisters, Golda Bright and Sarah Davis; two brothers, Tommy Miller and Isaiah Chester, and a host of adopted children and other loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Otis McKinnon, Sr., a devoted son, Calvin McKinnon, and a precious granddaughter, Helen McKinnon. Mama This is your day. It's a day like those gone by when we say how we love you. We never had to question your love loyalty, your compassion or all that you were willing to do for your children. We know you made many sacrifices and did whatever needed to be done for your family. We know today, that you know how much you're loved because we've told you and tried to show you in so many ways. I'm reminded of a prayer of yours that we talked about so many times. The prayer was to see your children grown and able to take care of themselves. God answered that prayer and so much more.
