Mr. Robert Lee Keeley was born on February 23, 1951 to the late Mr. June and Mrs. Willie Be Keeley. He was raised in Cook County around family and friends. He later moved away to explore life and eventually return home to Sparks, Georgia where he lived until the Lord called him to eternal rest on June 24, 2025.

He was preceded in death by nine siblings.

Mr. Keeley leaves to cherish his memories four children, three sons, and one daughter. His memories will forever be remembered, Mr. Robert L. Keeley, Jr. (Kendria), Ms. Shemeka L. Keeley, Mr. Robert T. Keeley (Teran) and Mr. Joshua C. Keeley all of Palatka, Florida; four siblings, Mr. Eulysee Keeley, Mr. Morris L. Keeley (Madene), Mrs. Rosa M. Waldon, and Ms. Sandra Faye Ray, all of Sparks, Georgia; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; special live-in friend, Ms. Debora William; a host of nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great-nephews, cousins, and other friends that will miss him dearly.
