Stephanie Tippins Brown, age 65, passed away July 1, 2026 at Tift Regional Hospital in Tifton, Georgia. She was born on August 1, 1960 in Adel, Georgia, to the late Johnny Lee Tippins Sr. and Fannie Mildred Tippins.

Stephanie is a 1978 graduate of Cook County High School. She found the lord at an early age and recently rededicated her life back to the lord. Throughout her career journey she worked for the Weyhouser Company for 10 years, Carter’s for 6 years, Sanderson Farms for 10 years. Her greatest joy was spending time with her 5 children, mother, siblings, and friends along with her passion for cooking. Stephanie was well known for bringing joy to others through providing meals.

In addition to the passing of her late father, Johnny Lee Tippins Sr., she was proceeded in death by her brothers Donald Ray Tippins Sr. and Johnny Lee Tippins Jr. She is survived by her mother Fannie Mildred Tippins, 5 loving children who cared for up until her death, Katavia Fuller; Vincent Brown Jr. (Adrianna); Jananda Brown (Stacey); Jeremy (Sharonda) Brown; Jamarian (Kimberly) Brown and Godson Travis Johnson. She is also survived by her siblings, Tony Tippins; Theresa (Milton) Gloster; Lillie Rose Franklin; Kenneth Tippins Sr.; and Latrivia (Eric) Register; Marsha (Frank) Burns; Lashae (Chris) Lee; Shatara Copeland. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren with one on the way and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends who will greatly miss her caring spirits and great cooking.

Although we will miss Stephanie’s free spirit we thank God for the life and legacy that she leaves behind for her loved ones to cherish.
